Members who will be off work from their Teamsters Local 577 represented job for over four (4) weeks due to illness, vacation, a leave of absence, resignation/termination, etc. are not required to pay dues during that time and will need to request a withdrawal card. Failure to do so could result in the billing of back dues and reinitiation fees.
